Original WWII era Army Air Forces factory workers ID badge of the Kansas City area.  Badge is a button and would have been for a worker at one of the aircraft plants in the Kansas City area.  It has a pin-back fastener. Measures about 1 1/2" in diameter.  It is in good condition with an age stain.
